    Our baby carriers are designed for parents and caregivers. It is your responsibility to read and follow all instructions in the user manual before using the carrier. 

    The safety of your baby is paramount. Ensure the carrier is properly adjusted and fitted to your body before placing your baby inside. 

    Do not leave your baby unattended in the carrier.

    The Company is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines. Our carriers are intended solely for baby-carrying purposes.

  3. Product Information
    We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, but do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content on our website are free from errors. Images of products are for illustrative purposes only.

  4. Disclaimer of Liability
    Our baby carriers are provided “as is,” without any warranties, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses related to the use of our products, including improper use. In no event shall the Company, its employees, or representatives be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

    Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

  6. Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery
    Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We offer both domestic and international shipping options, and shipping times may vary based on location. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or incorrect information provided by you. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are your responsibility.

  7. Returns and Refunds
    Once your order has been placed, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

  8. Warranties
    Products do not carry a manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated. We do not sell products on a trial basis. Please ensure the product's suitability before purchasing. But we absolutely love our carrier and want to ensure you're 100% satisfied with yours too.
